
In the actuallity the people have got a pace of life very stressed. The people working the most of them of the day, and they sleep the minimum, and they don’t give interest of the time of relax for desconect of the world and think about them. And the doctors say that this life isn’t good for ours health, this life cause the mosto f them of heart attacks of the people and they advise that the time of relax is very important for the health.
The students also suffer this pace of life and we also stressed, and have got a differents states of mind, for the exams, some persons for the tdr and as the adults as the students don’t give interest of the time of relax.
In conclusión is for this reason that I want propose that the people have give importante the time of relax, this time help with the stress, the emotions and especially help disconnect of the world.
The time of relax for me can be diferent for the persons, “time of relax don’t is sleeping. For example my time of relax is play the guitar I like play the guitar and it help me with the problems and the stress and I can desconnected for a minutes.
